Carren has been fascinated by our ancient stories for nearly two decades and pulls from folklore, mythology, and natural cycles for inspiration in her writing. She has a deep pull to uncover the truths in our world, and is focused on sharing them through fantasy and poetry.
These themes can be found throughout her poetry collection, Aldebaran, and create the backbone of her debut novel, The Puppet Master.
When she’s not writing or researching past cultures, Carren may be found happily frolicking through the New England woods she calls home with her partner or snuggling with her fur-baby Apollo.
